Inglot Illuminizing HD Pressed Powder Profile
Inglot recently released silicone-based faced powders with diamond dust meant to illuminate the complexion and hide imperfections--can be used everyday as well as for HD filming. These are meant for all skin types and can be used all over the face as well as in the eye area to allow for better blending. These are a part of Inglot's Freedom System and come in 6.5 gram round pans. A total of 5 shades were released and I have 3 of them for you today.
I had such a great experience with the 3 I reviewed, I'm looking forward to purchasing the other 2 down the line! The 2 shades I didn't review are 404 and 405. From the looks of it, 404 is a slightly deeper peach compared to 402 and 405 is bronze shade.

Inglot Illuminizing HD Pressed Powder 401 Review
Product Type - illuminating, imperfection hiding face powder
Shade - light pastel pink with micro shimmer
On the Face - soft and buttery texture, very finely milled, powdery in pan but not on face, slight pink sheen on face close up but incredibly subtle from standing distance away
Price - $18 (6.5 grams)
Where to Buy - Inglotusa.com
My Thoughts - This is such a lovely face powder. It's incredibly soft and buttery--super lightweight once applied. It is powdery in the pan, but not on the face. Up close this does give the skin a slightly reflective pink sheen, but from a standing distance it simply gives the face a healthy glow. Very nice in my opinion.
Inglot Illuminizing HD Pressed Powder 402 Review
Product Type - illuminating, imperfection hiding face powder
Shade - light slightly peachy beige with micro shimmer
On the Face - soft and buttery texture, very finely milled, powdery in pan but not on face, shade melts into my light-medium complexion, slight sheen on face close up but incredibly subtle from standing distance away
Price - $18 (6.5 grams)
Where to Buy - Inglotusa.com
My Thoughts - This shade melted right into my complexion (roughly NC25-27). 502 has a similar finish to 401 and imparts a slight sheen up close and a healthy glow from a standing distance away. If you prefer an all-over glow this could be used on the entire face or as a highlighter on the highest planes of the face.
Inglot Illuminizing HD Pressed Powder 403 Review
Product Type - illuminating, imperfection hiding face powder
Shade - soft pastel yellow with micro shimmer
On the Face - soft and buttery texture, very finely milled, powdery in pan but not on face, shade brightens my light-medium complexion, slight sheen on face close up but incredibly subtle from standing distance away
Price - $18 (6.5 grams)
Where to Buy - Inglotusa.com
My Thoughts - This is a lovely complexion-brightening shade, especially under the eyes. 403 has a slightly stronger pearly sheen than 401 and 402, but it isn't overly shiny and imparts a subtle glow from a standing distance away. Great if you've been looking for a slightly yellow-toned pressed face powder!
What do you think of Inglot's new Illuminizing HD Pressed Powders?
Believe it or not I've never tried any inglot products
ReplyDeleteReally? Definitely time to try then! They've been a long-time favorite of mine :)
ReplyDeleteThese sound good! I think 501 and 502 will work well for me, but I'll probably consult with you more before I purchase anything!
ReplyDeleteI actually really like them! And they're so translucent, which is great as well ;)
