Fortune Cookie Soap has been a long-time favorite of mine! You've probably seen the many reviews I've done on their soap boxes and collections over the past couple years. One of my favorite things about them is that they create some of the cutest season stuff--ever! Our bathrooms are regularly stocked for each holiday with their goodies, so of course I had to buy up a bunch of their Halloween stuff when it launched back on the 4th of this month. I just got my order a day or two ago, so I thought it'd be fun to share a haul post with you as I don't do them often and some of this stuff is so incredibly fun :)

My Thoughts

I'm a big fan of FCS body washes and we regularly keep them in the shower. This one smells like delicious candy, so it's been a big hit with the entire family! Get your hands on this scent!

2. OCD Hand Sanitizers

My Thoughts

Our family is a huge fan of OCD hand sanitizers and we have been for a few years now. A few people in our household are immune-compromised a bit so we have to be careful with exposure during flu/cold season up here. This sanitizer is one of the only ones that doesn't cause serious irritation and cracking with regular use on my hands! I love it! I grabbed 2 of the Halloween scent (because I had to!) and then a few of our other favorites--In the Loop (the BEST), I Yam what I Yam, and You're Insecure Donut What For.

3. Zombies Eat Brains ... You're Safe! Jelly Soaps

The second I saw these I knew I had to get them! Soaps shaped like mini brains? Winning! My kids have each claimed one and they are getting plenty of use! I may have to try to grab some more before they're gone, they're just too cute!

I love the fortune cookie soaps--that's actually what drew me in years ago! This little ghost soap is super cute and he smells nice, too.

My Thoughts

This was one of the items I was most excited for, but sadly it was also the only disappointing item in my haul. These are supposed to come in a set of 4 and I sadly only received 3. And unfortunately my 3rd set of "fangs" was broken into multiple pieces and the other 2 didn't make it through unscathed either. I know this happens sometimes with softer bath products, but all of my items were actually packed in a super small box. I've ordered from FCS quite a few times and usually for an order this size it arrives in a slightly larger box, so I wonder if that was part of it. Given how long I waited for the order to ship, I was pretty sad these didn't make it through.

Originally I purchased this as part of a giveaway, but because it shipped later than I expected I wasn't able to include it and decided instead to gift it to a family member--so I didn't want to open it and break the sticker! This soap is so much fun! It's a thick black bar with cute little bones and a skull sticking out of it. Super spooky and fun for the bathroom! These bar soaps last a decent amount of time, too.

Final Re-Cap

Overall, I loved what I got in my haul! I was a little surprised that despite purchasing within minutes of the sale going live that my order shipped out 11 days later--usually Fortune Cookie Soap ships like lightning! I didn't receive notice of the delay, but I heard after it may have been because they were waiting on one or several items to be restocked prior to shipping. Everything was very cute and festive, though I'm disappointed that the fangs arrived damaged and with only 3 instead of 4. If you are a big fan of Halloween you may still want to grab a couple things even though it may not arrive in time for Halloween Day. Hopefully now that the initial launch of the collection has passed, shipping will be a bit faster. I think my favorites are the Ghost Gum 2.0 body wash (smells so good!) and the Zombies Eat Brains ... You're Safe soaps.
