EvolutionMan is a brand that caters to the many grooming needs of men. Products include a number of key ingredients meant to target specific areas. EvolutionMan's catalog of products is impressive, ranging from skincare to shaving; concealer to nail care. Prices are typical of what I expect of a higher-end men's company.

EvolutionMan Face & Body Wash in Nu Noir Review

Product Type

This is a combination body and face wash for men meant to cleanse, minimize fine lines, exfoliate, and lift beard hair for an effective shave. 

Scent

This has a scent called Nu Noir. To me, it's a woody cedar smell. 

In the Shower

Overall, this was good! It worked well for a face wash. The skin on my face felt soft and clean after use. This worked well as a body wash as well, though I should note it doesn't lather a great deal. This product is meant to be rubbed all over using either your hand or a washcloth. Given that it doesn't lather a lot, I would not recommend using a bath pouf. The formula was very smooth and not at all gritty. It was easy to rinse off and did not leave a film.

Final Thoughts

First of all, the smell is great! I enjoyed it during use and liked the fact that it remained on the skin after--great, great scent. This is a convenient combo product, though I think I like it slightly better as a face wash than body wash only because I tend to use products that lather a bit more for no reason in particular other than preference. If this isn't a factor for you then you'll probably like it equally for both. My skin felt noticeably softer with use and I experienced no irritation--even on the areas of my neck that tend to get sensitive near my beard. Definitely worth a try!
