Fabulous Fall Beauty Vol 1: First Day of Fall Green Smoky Eye Look

Yesterday was the first day of fall--my favorite season (followed by winter)! As usual, I'm dedicating a series to Fabulous Fall Beauty which will cover all things fall! To kick off this series, I wanted to share a fall-appropriate look I wore yesterday to celebrate the first day of my favorite season of the year.

Make sure you check back every day this week as I'll be sharing something fall-related each day during the first week of fall!

First Day of Fall Full Face Look

Closer Look at Fall Eye Look

Here's a closer look at the eye look I created above. If you like complex green shadows you're going to love this! Fyrrinae is the king of complexity and a longtime favorite of mine.

Natural Light

What I Used & How I Used It

Eyes

  • Fyrinnae Pixie Epoxy - Used on upper lid (my favorite sparkly shadow adhesive)
  • Fyrinnae Tyr loose shadow - Patted over upper lid where Pixie Epoxy was applied
  • TheBalm Sleek shadow from Nude'tude palette - Blended in "c" shape up and around crease starting from outer corner of upper lid. Also smudged under outer portion of lower lashline
  • Inglot shadow #342 - Blended into Sleek
  • Inglot shadow #358 - Blended into outer edges of Sleek + #342
  • Inglot shadow #351 - Blended under brow bone down to edges of deeper crease colors
  • MAC Greensmoke eyeshadow - Patted into inner corner and blended out a bit below inner, lower lashline
  • Make Up For Ever Aqua Eyes 0L pencil - Tightlined upper lashline and lined lower lashline
  • Make Up For Ever Aqua Smoky Lash - Used on upper and lower lashes
  • Red Cherry #213 False Lashes - Applied to upper lashline

Brows

  • Inglot Brow Powder #565

Lips

  • Lip Balm
  • Urban Decay Lip Pencil in Native - Lined and filled in lips
  • Urban Decay Revolution Lipstick in Obsessed

Face

  • Algenist Regenerative Anti-Aging Moisturizer - All over face
  • Bronzer - Contour
  • Make Up For Ever Sculpting Blush in 08 - Applies of cheeks
  • Laura Geller Blush N Brighten in Como - Highlight

I think that about sums it up! I wanted to create a soft smoky look with a complementary pink lip. I don't wear a nude lip every time I wear a smoky eye, it really depends on how heavy the eye look is, the colors, my mood, etc.

What are you wearing today?

Check back tomorrow for another fall-related post!
