My Thoughts

I'm not sure why there isn't a category on the site dedicated just to these products (from what I can see anyway), so you have to search for them within each category, but they're fairly easy to find. I'm really interested to swatch some of these and perhaps recreate the look above! I believe some (if not all) of the products in this collection existed prior to this release, but as a big Inglot fan, I'm down for checking them out as I don't believe I own any of them ... though I may own #426? I'll have to check later! If I get the opportunity to swatch some of these I'll be sure to share and link to this post. I'm still in the midst of the flu so I'm staying away from my makeup at the moment.  Either way, whether this is your first introduction to Inglot or you're already a big fan, definitely worth checking out in my opinion!

Zoya Zenith Holiday 2013 Swatches, Reviews

Products in this post were provided by PR/the brand

The holiday products are rolling out! This is my favorite time of year, especially when it comes to the beauty industry. I recently received Zoya's upcoming holiday collection named the Zenith collection. This collection, to me, is the epitome of what I like to see during the holiday! This collection includes 5 polishes and 1 glitter top coat (which could obviously be worn on its own as well). The entire thing is glitzy, luxe and somehow delicate. Get ready to get in the holiday spirit!

Price

These will retail for $8 individually or $48 as set.

Where to Buy

These are available starting tomorrow (Oct 1st) on Zoya's site HERE

Zoya Mosheen over Belinda

Zoya Cassedy - metallic gun metal with Zoya Trixie-like finish

Zoya Mosheen over Cassedy

Zoya Dream - deep blue jelly filled with reflects

Zoya Payton - wine-purple jelly with reflects

Zoya Mosheen over Payton

Zoya Seraphina - metallic pearl

Zoya Mosheen over Seraphina

Application

All of these polishes were amazing to work with. Formulas were great, drying time was what I expect from Zoya, and the top coat did not leave me fishing for glitter or micro-bars.

Layering

I absolutely loved the way Zoya Mosheen looked over every single one of these polishes. In fact, polishes from this collection are all I've worn for the last week!

Price

These will retail for $8 individually or $48 as set.

Where to Buy

These are available starting tomorrow (Oct 1st) on Zoya's site HERE

My Thoughts

I absolutely love this holiday collection! The colors are stunning, the top coat looks beautiful over each one, and they are everything I'd expect from a holiday collection. I also love that they deviated from the typical red, green and gold route! I tend to prefer blues and silvers for the holidays, so these bit the bill for me. If you love holiday polishes these are a must in my opinion. Love them!

What do you think? Will you be grabbing any of these when they release on the 1st?

Fabulous Fall Beauty Vol 4: Facial Moisturizers

Products in this post were provided by PR/the brand

Now that fall is here, I have to be extra careful to make sure I keep my face moisturized! And while we have many rainy days, we also have plenty of sunny ones as well, so remembering to keep up on my sun protection is also a must.

I've put together a list of the 4 current face moisturizers that I rotate between during the day as of right now, all of which offer great hydration and 2 of which offer protection from the sun! Why do I rotate between several? For starters it depends on the state of my skin that day. Some days it requires more hydration, some days it's more irritated, some days I know I'll be outside or driving more than others (and need SPF), etc.

Chella Day Cream Replenishing Hydrator SPF 25 for Dry Skin

My Thoughts

This is a great face moisturizer that is hydrating, smoothing, and offers SPF 25! I'm actually wearing this today because I'm spending the afternoon chaperoning a field trip for my youngest to an apple orchard (an annual must if you live up here!) and I know I'll get a little sun.

I did a full review of it earlier this year, which you can view HERE if you're interested in learning more.

Price

This retail for $85 for 50 ml/1.7 fl oz

Where to Buy

This can be purchased directly from Chella's site HERE.

Kaia 24hr Face Cream/Primer (matte)

My Thoughts

You guys may recognize this from a giveaway I hosted not too long ago. It is one of my all-time favorite face creams, which doubles as a matte primer. It is gluten-free, natural, hydrating, AND matte! It's not often that I find mattifying products that my skin can handle (since most dry out my skin), but I use this fairly frequently and adore it. It does not offer SPF so I always wear SPF over it or I wear it on days I'm not venturing outside for too long.

You can view my original review HERE

Price

This retails for $36 for 50mL or 1.7 fl oz

Where to Buy

You can purchase this directly through Kaia's site HERE

Algenist Regenerative Anti-Aging Moisturizer

My Thoughts

This is one of the most instantly-hydrating face moisturizers I've come across in 2013. It makes your skin feel silky and supple. Algenist also state that it has anti-aging properties. While I can't attest to whether or not this is the fountain of youth in a jar, I can tell you that the texture of my skin does improve with use of this moisturizer. As this does not contain SPF I use this on day I'm not going to be out in the sun or in conjunction with sunscreen over it. Algenist does offer a version of this moisturizer with SPF 20, so you may want to consider picking that up if you're considering this moisturizer. I personally haven't tried it.

Price

This retails for $90 for 60 mL/2 fl oz.

Where to Buy

This can be purchased on Algenist's webite HERE or through Sephora HERE

Votre Vu En Garde SPF 30 (waterproof)

My Thoughts

This is moisturizing and offers the highest level of sun protection. It smells lovely and it's light-weight on your face. I know I've mentioned this in the past, but it's still one of my go-to favorites! Unlike other facial sunscreens I've used in the past, this does not dull my complexion at all and plays well with my foundations (liquid and cream).

Price

This retails for $29 for 35 mL/1.18 fl oz

Where to Buy

This is available directly through Votre Vu's site HERE

What's your go-to fall facial moisturizer? Have you tried any of these?

First Look at Red Apple Lipstick Swatches & Review

Products in this post were provided by PR/the brand

My lippies came in the cutest little bags!

Red Apple Lipstick Profile

Red Apple Lipstick is a cosmetic brand dedicated to producing gluten-free, non-toxic, cruelty-free lipsticks, glosses, eyeshadows, and balms. Their lippy shades range from natural and demure to bold. I was given the opportunity to review a handful of their lipsticks and 2 glosses. For those that don't know, I'm allergic to wheat, so I tend to avoid gluten when it comes to food. I haven't been forced to transition to 100% gluten-free cosmetics, but it's nice to know there are some options out there. I have several friends and family members that are Celiac, however, so I know how difficult it can be to find cosmetic products that are actually gluten-free when you need to!

Where to Buy

Red Apple Lipstick products can be purchased directly through their site HERE

Red Apple Lipstick Swatches & Reviews

I received 5 full-sized lipsticks and 2 sample colors (and a sample of the balm, which I did not swatch as it had no color).

L to R - Coral Crush, Hibiskiss, Red!, Reddy or Not, Sugar Sugar

Clockwise from top - Rally Balm, Petal Pusher, Berry Blast

Shades

Since there are quite a few shades, I'll name and describe them below each swatch! All lipsticks swatched below were applied to hydrated lips (no liner).

Berry Blast (sample packet) - berry color with slight brown hue and delicate copper shimmer

Coral Crush - orange-coral (slightly less orange in person, but my camera picked up on the orange quite a bit)

Hibiskiss - deeper toned, yet vibrant, watermelon pink

Petal Pusher (sample packet) - bright medium pink with super subtle shimmer (my camera could not catch the shimmer because--at least in the sample--it was very fine)

Red! 101 - blue-based red

Reddy or Not - amaryllis pink-red

Sugar Sugar - blue-based Barbie pink

Application

All of these shades are incredibly buttery and smooth. They virtually melt onto your lips! I tried applying these from the tube as well as with a lip brush. While I personally always prefer to use a lip brush, I did find that these applied well from the tube as well. All of these have a creamy, semi-glossy finish.

Scent/Flavor

I may be off here, but these had a light marshmallow-y scent to me--super yummy!

Pigmentation

I was able to achieve complete opacity with every single shade above using 2 layers and no lip liner. Reddy or Not had the "thinnest" formula of the ones above, but even that gave me full coverage with 2 coats!

Wear

These are so incredibly pleasant to wear. They are all light-weight, slightly hydrating, and did not feather on me. Think Lipstick Queen-like texture I did find that using a lip liner underneath them extended their wear significantly, which is fairly common for me.

Price

Red Apple Lipsticks retail for $23.50

Where to Buy

All of Red Apple Lipstick's lipsticks can be purchased on their site HERE.

My Thoughts

I'm really impressed with all of these lipsticks! The texture is lovely and they're all very pigmented--even the lighter ones. I found that these were fairly hydrating before they began to fade--wearing a lip liner will extend their wear time significantly. All in all, I highly recommend giving these a try!

Red Apple Lipstick Lip Gloss Swatches & Reviews

L to R - Peppermint Sticks Nude, Mint 2 Be Hot Mess

Shades

I was given the following 2 shades to review.

Nude Peppermint - salmon nude

Hot Mess - sparkly deep pink

Scent/Flavor

I know Nude Peppermint is supposed to have a peppermint smell, but it actually smelled like it had a touch of spearmint in it as well to me! Hot Mess is definitely spearmint-y.

Pigmentation

These actually have fairly opaque coverage for glosses as you can see above!

Plumping

Interestingly, I found that both of these had plumping qualities! Neither was unpleasant, but both were noticeably cooling and tingly when applied. I had noticeable plumping with both, though I think Nude Peppermint was a tad more obvious--love it!

Stick or Not Sticky

Neither of these were sticky (I can practically hear some of you sighing with relief!), which doesn't bother me either way, but it's worth noting for those that prefer non-sticky glosses.

Price

These retail for $18.50

Where to Buy

These are both available on Red Apple Lipstick's site HERE

My Thoughts

If you want some plump, juicy, gluten-free, non-sticky lips then run (don't walk) over to Red Apple Lipstick and grab one of their glosses! They have a number of colors (I'm eyeing all the bright pinks and reds!) ranging from cleary to vampy. Definitely worth a try in my opinion!

Check back, I have a look going up on the blog soon featuring one of these lipsticks!

Have you tried Red Apple Lipstick lippies before?

Fabulous Fall Beauty Vol 3: Birchbox Exclusive Number 4 Beat the Heat Kit

Products in this post were provided by PR/the brand

Number 4 Profile

This kit was created exclusively for Birchbox by Number 4, a hair care company that produces luxury hair care for a variety of hair types and needs. I'm actually no stranger to Number 4 hair care, but it has been years since I last used any of their products, so getting the opportunity to try this system was exciting! Products are 100% Vegan, Gluten Free, Sulfate/Sodium Chloride Free, and Paraben Free.

Kit Price

This retails for $58 for the entire kit.

Where to Buy

This is available exclusively on Birchbox's site HERE

Number 4 Beat the Heat Kit Review

Products

This kit includes the following:
  • Sulfate-free, Sodium Chloride-free hydrating shampoo
  • Hydrating conditioner
  • Super Comb Prep & Protect Leave-in Conditioner
  • Fluoro5 Elixir Restore & Repair oil

Shampoo

This shampoo is one I've used before and I've always found it to be incredibly luxe! It's amazing to me that it's sulfate-free because it has such a lovely lather. This shampoo does not irritate my scalp and cleanses my hair well (I tend to react to shampoos with cheaper ingredients).

Conditioner

I've used this conditioner before as well and it is very thick and hydrating. I am a huge fan and it always works well on my hair.

Super Comb Prep & Protect Leave-in Conditioner

This is a lovely leave-in conditioner and it provided noticeable slip, which resulted in tangle-free hair.

Fluoro5 Elixir Restore & Repair Oil

This is a very light-weight hair oil that contains fluorosilicones. Unlike some silicone-based hair oils I've used in the past, this was incredibly light-weight, yet left my hair straighter and shinier. I used one pump in my hair, which is incredibly thick, and that seemed to do the trick!

Ingredients Note

100% Vegan, Gluten Free, Sulfate/Sodium Chloride Free, Paraben Free

Final Re-Cap

Kit Price

This retails for $58 for the entire kit.

Where to Buy

This is available exclusively on Birchbox's site HERE

Final Thoughts

I used these products as instructed and did not use heat to style or dry my hair after. Because of my hair type (incredibly textured, incredibly thick and not totally straight) I try to avoid using hot tools daily, otherwise it completely dries out my hair. Using these products alone, my hair was straighter and shinier after air-drying! Especially in the fall when it's already dry, products like this are perfect for me. I love that these products avoid using many of the ingredients I try to avoid in hair products. I do want to note that while I believe the hair oil and leave-in conditioner are both full-size products, the shampoo and conditioner bottles are noticeably smaller (as you can see above). Given that the leave-in conditioner retails for $32 and the hair oil retails for $26, it's as if you receive the bottles of shampoo and conditioner for free when purchasing this kit.

All in all, I think this is a fabulous hair care system worth giving a try this fall to avoid drying out your hair as the weather grows cooler and dryer (it's already dry and cold up here!).

How does your hair care change when fall comes rolling around? Have you tried a heat-free routine such as this?

Fabulous Fall Beauty Vol 2: LUSH The Olive Branch Shower Gel, Figs & Leaves Soap

Products in this post were provided by PR/the brand

Fall is officially here! If you're like me and love fall, you're probably in heaven! The one downside to fall (at least up here in New England) is that it gets very cold and dry. It's already frosty and crisp out--which I love--but it means my dry skin is even more needy than before! I've got 2 fun bath goodies from LUSH, which are perfect for fall, to help leave your skin so soft and hydrated its practically begging to be touched--you and your significant other will thank me ;)

I dare you to try to pry yourself out of the shower/bath this fall if you get either of these goodies!

L to R - The Olive Branch Shower Gel, Figs & Leaves Soap

Lush Profile

Lush is an international company that creates handmade bath, body and cosmetic goodies. They pride themselves in offering quality products filled with natural ingredients. They are very vocal in regards to the fight against animal testing and tend to support a number of other worthwhile causes as well (something I personally love). Keep an eye on them because they tend to put out the cutest holiday products!

Figs and olives are on the "menu" today! Get excited!

Where to Buy

LUSH products can be purchased through their site HERE or in any of their brick and mortar locations

LUSH The Olive Branch Shower Gel Review

LUSH The Olive Branch

Product Type

Softening, soothing bath gel

Scent

The Olive Branch Shower Gel has a citrus-y, spicy scent that's warm and a bit on the sophisticated side. The Hubs loves scents like this and has stolen it for himself!

In the Shower

This is meant to be softening and it really is! My plan of attack with my skin (and my family's skin) in the fall is to hydrate from every angle--right down to the shower gel and soaps we use. This is perfection in terms of hydrating the skin.

Note: Make sure you shake it as the instructions say prior to use so that the buttery Fair for Life olive oil mixes into the rest of the shower gel.

Ingredients

Price

This retails for $9.95 (3.3 fl oz), $18.95 (8.4 fl oz), $28.95 (16.9 fl oz).

Where to Buy

The Olive Branch Shower Gel can be purchased on Lush's site HERE

My Thoughts

I love this! If you are dying for a nice spicy shower gel this fall (yes, I completely change all the scents we use in all of our products to match the season--that doesn't make me crazy, right?) then this is definitely one to consider! It is absolutely fall-appropriate and I think one that will appeal to those that want a more sophisticated, unique fall scent with some extra hydration. For those that avoid parabens, keep in mind that this does contain parabens.

Lush Figs & Leaves Soap

LUSH Figs & Leaves

Products Type

Body soap for irritated and sensitive skin (right up my alley!).

Scent

Figs & Leaves is a mix of subtle spice and soft fruit scents. It is not overpowering and honestly, it's almost edible smelling on the final note!

In the Shower

Just one touch of this buttery soap and you can tell it's hydrating! This is chock full of aloe and hydrating oils. Just grab a bath poof, lather some of this in and enjoy!

Ingredients

Price

This retails for $7.60 (3.5 oz)

Where to Buy

Figs & Leaves can be purchased on Lush's site HERE

My Thoughts

I love this! I'm very picky about bar soaps because I find so many to be drying or leave a horrific film. This was lovely to use and very hydrating on the skin! I would strongly recommend leaving this in your shower in an area where it won't constantly be under the water so you can take advantage of every last crumb.

Final Re-Cap

Where to Buy

LUSH products can be purchased through their site HERE or in any of their brick and mortar locations

Final Thoughts

I love both of these products and I think that for anyone with dry skin trying to beat the cold this fall, these are winners! The scents are lovely to boot--another big plus. I think the prices for these products are very reasonable, especially given the quality.

If bath products give you warm fuzzies (yes!), I strongly suggest heading over to LUSH online or in-store because they are responsible for so many amazing things on my list of "must haves" and I guarantee you won't be able to walk away empty-handed!

Have you tried either of these shower products from LUSH? What's your favorite go-to fall bath/shower product?

Note: Products in this post were provided by PR/the brand. All opinions stated above are my own based on my personal experience and have not been influenced by PR/the brand.

Fabulous Fall Beauty Vol 1: First Day of Fall Green Smoky Eye Look

Yesterday was the first day of fall--my favorite season (followed by winter)! As usual, I'm dedicating a series to Fabulous Fall Beauty which will cover all things fall! To kick off this series, I wanted to share a fall-appropriate look I wore yesterday to celebrate the first day of my favorite season of the year.

Make sure you check back every day this week as I'll be sharing something fall-related each day during the first week of fall!

First Day of Fall Full Face Look

Closer Look at Fall Eye Look

Here's a closer look at the eye look I created above. If you like complex green shadows you're going to love this! Fyrrinae is the king of complexity and a longtime favorite of mine.

Natural Light

What I Used & How I Used It

Eyes

  • Fyrinnae Pixie Epoxy - Used on upper lid (my favorite sparkly shadow adhesive)
  • Fyrinnae Tyr loose shadow - Patted over upper lid where Pixie Epoxy was applied
  • TheBalm Sleek shadow from Nude'tude palette - Blended in "c" shape up and around crease starting from outer corner of upper lid. Also smudged under outer portion of lower lashline
  • Inglot shadow #342 - Blended into Sleek
  • Inglot shadow #358 - Blended into outer edges of Sleek + #342
  • Inglot shadow #351 - Blended under brow bone down to edges of deeper crease colors
  • MAC Greensmoke eyeshadow - Patted into inner corner and blended out a bit below inner, lower lashline
  • Make Up For Ever Aqua Eyes 0L pencil - Tightlined upper lashline and lined lower lashline
  • Make Up For Ever Aqua Smoky Lash - Used on upper and lower lashes
  • Red Cherry #213 False Lashes - Applied to upper lashline

Brows

  • Inglot Brow Powder #565

Lips

  • Lip Balm
  • Urban Decay Lip Pencil in Native - Lined and filled in lips
  • Urban Decay Revolution Lipstick in Obsessed

Face

  • Algenist Regenerative Anti-Aging Moisturizer - All over face
  • Bronzer - Contour
  • Make Up For Ever Sculpting Blush in 08 - Applies of cheeks
  • Laura Geller Blush N Brighten in Como - Highlight

I think that about sums it up! I wanted to create a soft smoky look with a complementary pink lip. I don't wear a nude lip every time I wear a smoky eye, it really depends on how heavy the eye look is, the colors, my mood, etc.

What are you wearing today?

Check back tomorrow for another fall-related post!

Jordana Extreme Length Mascara and Jordana Extreme Volume Mascara Reviews

Products in this post were provided by PR/the brand

Jordana Profile

Jordana is a popular drugstore brand that offers a broad variety of cosmetics at super budget-friendly prices. They recently released a number of new products--2 of which happen to be mascaras. If you're curious about other Jordana products you can see my past reviews for Jordana Fabuliner Felt-Tip Liquid Liner and Jordana 12 Hr Made to Last Eyeshadow Pencils and Liquid Eyeliner Pencils

Jordana Extreme Length & Extreme Volume Mascara Price

Both of these mascaras retail for $3.99

Where to Buy

Both of these mascaras can be purchased on Jordana's site HERE as well as through authorized retailers such as Walgreens, Kmart, etc.

Jordana Best Volume Extreme Volumizing Mascara Review

Product Type

Volumizing mascara (none-waterproof formula)

Application

This applied well. It did not easily smudge all over my lid during application and did not clump.

Volumizing

I achieved noticeable volume with this mascara in addition to some length.

Using Jordana Best Volume Extreme Volumizing Mascara - 2 coats

Final Thoughts

For the price tag, this is a decent mascara! I achieved decent volume and length and found it easy to work with. Hopefully eventually they'll release this in a waterproof formula as well! I almost always use a waterproof formula because here in New England it's nice one moment and rainy/snowy the next. All in all, I'm pretty impressed with this, especially with its budget-friendly price.

Jordana Extreme Length Mascara Review

Product

Lengthening mascara (none-waterproof formula)

Application

*sigh* This mascara and I simply did not get along. No matter what I tried, I could not get this to work for me. It was almost too sticky and rather than coating my lashes it made them stick and clump together. I tried it 3 different times with all of the same results. Perhaps I got a funky tube, but regardless, this mascara did not work for me as you'll see below.

Using Jordana Best Length Extreme Lengthening Mascara

Final Thoughts

While I may have gotten a weird tube, I have to base my opinion on my experience. Given difficult this mascara was to work with, I can't recommend it. That being said, I have a friend that likes it. My recommendation is that if you're still really curious, go grab it and give it a try. For the price ($3.99) if you're willing to try it for yourself despite my experience it's not a bad idea and wouldn't be a huge loss even if you had the same experience.

Final Re-Cap

Jordana Extreme Length & Extreme Volume Mascara Price

Both of these mascaras retail for $3.99

Where to Buy

Both of these mascaras can be purchased on Jordana's site HERE as well as through authorized retailers such as Walgreens, Kmart, etc.

Final Thoughts

Obviously one mascara was a win and one just wouldn't work for me. I think the price makes Jordana's mascaras worth a little trial and error to figure out which formulas work best for you. All in all, if they work for you, you may find a super budget-friendly mascara alternative.

Have you tried either of these Jordana mascaras? What did you think?

Mehron Celebre HD Pro Cream Foundation Review & Swatches

Products in this post were provided by PR/the brand

Mehron Profile

Mehron is a seasoned veteran in the makeup industry, having created performance makeup products for over 85 years. Mehron was actually founded in the Theatre District in NYC in 1927 and has grown over the decades to the internationally recognized brand it is today--products range in purpose from fashion to special effects, tv and performance to more artistic applications. Mehron is a favorite among pro artists and their range of cream foundation shades are extensive. Mehron's foundations are oil- and fragrance-free (ingredients are listed on the site).

Price

Mehron Celebre HD Pro Cream Foundations are priced at $12.95 retail for .9oz or 25 grams.

Where to Buy

Mehron Celebre HD Pro Cream Foundations can be purchased directly through their site HERE (worlwide) as well as though authorized pro beauty retailers--along with many of their other fabulous products.

Mehron Celebre HD Pro Cream Foundation

Clockwise from the top - Eurasia Japonais, Eurasia Chinois, Eurasia Ivory, Eurasia Fair

Shades

I was provided with the following shades to review (shade descriptions are based on my observation:
  • Eurasia Ivory - a light ivory
  • Eurasia Fair - a medium beige
  • Eurasia Japonais - a medium beige with an olive undertone
  • Eurasia Chinois - a deep medium
L to R - Eurasia Ivory, Eurasia Fair, Eurasia Japonais, Eurasia Chinois

Application

These are incredibly easy to work with. I found they blended into the face well and were easy to mix. I didn't find that any of these shades perfectly suited my complexion as-is (a common issue for me), but I found that I could wear Eurasia Fair or Eurasia Japonais mixed with Eurasia Ivory in different proportions. I also found that Eurasia Fair was great for reverse highlighting and Eurasia Chinois was great for reverse contouring (I've discussed highlighting and contouring a bit in the past HERE)!

Coverage

This has the most amazing coverage. You can apply it thinly and achieve moderate coverage or apply it a bit less conservatively and achieve full coverage without packing it on. If you're looking for buildable coverage this is a must!

Wear

This formula is incredibly creamy, but once applied it almost has a semi-matte like finish. I'm not sure exactly how to describe it. It's not powdery or dry, but it doesn't have that waxy finish that some cream foundations have. Mehron describes it as a satin-smooth finish and I would agree that this is what I experienced. As all cream foundations do on me, this creased a teeny bit under my eyes (I have a thin crease under each eye), but was easy to correct. I did not find this to be irritating and comfort-wise it was not super dry feeling, though on dry skin the foundation seemed to set a little on the dry side. If you have dryer skin like me, I would recommend using a hydrating primer underneath on freshly cleaned/moisturized skin. This is incredibly light-weight with a barely-there feel.

I should also note that this photographs very nicely!

Complexion Matching

As I mentioned above, I mix my foundations on a regular basis. I found these easy to mix to achieve the correct shade for my complexion. If you'd prefer not to mix, Mehron has 2 lists of foundation shades (the original shades and new HD Pro shades) on their site HERE if you scroll down a bit. You could attempt to purchase the shade closet to your complexion rather than having to mix. From looking at the chart, I would think my complexion would possibly be most similar to Lt Buff or Neutral Buff in the original formulas.

Mehron Celebre HD Pro Foundation in Action

As mentioned above, I was able to use Eurasia Japonais mixed with Eurasia Ivory or Eurasia Fair mixed with Eurasia Ivory to match my natural complexion. In the pictures below I'm wearing Eurasia Japonais mixed with Eurasia Ivory. I have to be very careful about my sun exposure now, so my complexion is a light-medium to medium currently (approximately NC25 for reference). I am not wearing concealer underneath or on top of my foundation in these pics and as usual they have not been edited with the exception of cropping so you can see how these foundations perform.

Ignore the screen shadow on my cheek. I didn't realize the sun was casting a shadow through it onto my face!

Final Re-Cap

Mehron Celebre HD Pro Cream Foundations are priced at $12.95 retail for .9oz or 25 grams.

Mehron Celebre HD Pro Cream Foundations can be purchased directly through their site HERE (worlwide) as well as though authorized pro beauty retailers--along with many of their other fabulous products.

Final Thoughts

I am so incredibly impressed by both the coverage and finish of this cream foundation! It is amazing how much coverage just a small amount of this product offers. It's obvious to see why Mehron has been a successful brand for as long as it has been. I highly, highly recommend checking out Mehron's Celebre HD Pro Cream Foundations whether you're a makeup artist or beauty lover looking for great cream foundations. Info in this post was provided by PR

I was recently invited to an event celebrating the launch of Origins Smarty Plants CC SPF 20 products, but unfortunately (so sad because Emmy Rossum has been a fav of mine for years and I adore Shameless!) I was unable to attend. However, PR was fabulous enough to provide information and images for me to share with all of you!

On Monday, Shameless actress, Emmy Rossum hosted Origins Smarty Plants™ CC SPF 20 Skin complexion corrector launch event benefiting charity: water.
